Adult Orange Belt Syllabus
The Orange belt level introduces the concepts of blending with an attacker by working on distance management and enhanced footwork. Grappling submissions from the Mount & Side Control positions. Continue on vital hand strikes, boxing combinations and kicks moving to Slide and Switch progressions. Continuing on standing submissions, throwing concepts and ground control. Self-defence from a lunging punch situation. An attacker will be aiming to lunge at you with a punch, uppercut or combination of the two. You will learn evasion, blending with the attacker and executing strikes, locks and throws. Have fun!
