Adult Yellow Belt Syllabus
The Yellow belt level covers learning to safe clinch, getting to control the back of an opponent. Grappling sweeps and submissions from the Guard position. Continue vital strikes, the final two boxing combinations and kicks progressing to Cross Step movement. Standing falling skills. Continuing on standing submissions, throwing concepts and ground control. Self-defence from front clothing grabs. An attacker will aim to grab you at various points of your clothes. Your focus will be to blend with their energy and control the attack to submission. Have a blast!
