Adult Blue Belt Syllabus
The Blue Belt starts with an introduction to a basic four direction strike flowing footwork drill. Grappling movement and submissions from the Knee Ride and Standing Guard positions. Introduction to vital points on the body starting with the lower arm. Continue kicking concepts progressing to the final 8th progression of Pop-up kicks and kickboxing combinations. Continuing on standing submissions, throwing concepts and ground control. Self defence from common kicking attacks. Learn distance management, footwork, evasion and control using strikes, joint locks and throws for kicking defence. Get moving!
