Experience the effectiveness of a simple self defence weapon that can save your life. A short stick can be imitated by a timber baton, steel ruler, music recorder, small pipe or mini umbrella. Learn how to strike, block, throw, lock and choke!!!

Classes are on every "Weapons Wednesday" night, see Timetable. The 2018 weapons schedule is as follows:

Course 1 - Long Staff (level 1)

Starting 1/2/17 and ongoing every Wednesday night to the grading on the 22/3/17.

Course 2 - Flexible Weapons (Single Nunchaku - level 1)

Start 29/3/17 and ongoing every Wednesday night to the grading on 17/5/17

Course 3 - Short Stick Arresting & Combative (Police Baton) (level 1)

24/5/17 and ongoing every Wednesday night to the grading on 12/7/17

Course 4 - Medium Stick & Shield System (Danta - white belt level)

19/7/17 and ongoing every Wednesday night to the grading on 6/9/17

Course 5 - Knife Combatives and Self Defence (level 1)

13/9/17 and ongoing every Wednesday night to the grading on 1/11/17
