The GIANT Martial Arts Hapkido curriculum caters to both men and women and is a complete mixed martial arts system that is ideal for self defence and general fitness. The art of Hapkido integrates elements of many martial art styles into one holistic practice of self defence and fitness with space for personal growth within our hectic modern lives. The stand-up striking skills blend in with takedowns and grappling techniques.
In addition you can train Hapkido together with our Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Weapon System styles to well round your skills to help you protect yourself and your family should the situation arise.
