Introduction to running falling techniques. Leadership assistance to junior belts learning their boxing drills for you to revise. An introduction to Pop Up Spinning Kick progression and Feint Kicking concepts. Continue standing submissions and throwing breakdowns. Self defence from being in a seated position on the ground whilst the attacker is standing, learn effective hand and leg techniques to take the attacker down. Go hard!
